Q : Where is Shubox located and what are the opening hours?

A : You can find us at 1 Jalan Berseh #01-01 New World Centre Singapore 209037. We are opened from Monday to Saturdays from 10am-6pm. We are

      closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please make an appointment before visiting to avoid any disappointment. 

Q : Can I get help to design my room/house? Do I have to pay for consultation services?

A : Interior design consultation services and site visiting are complimentary when you purchase any built-in furniture from us! Get in touch by dropping           us an email at info@shuboxdesign.com or call us at 65- 6291 5291 to make an appointment with us.

Q : Can I modify Shubox pre-designed built in furniture to fit my room space?

A : Yes, Shubox built-in furniture can be altered slightly in dimensions to better fit your home. However, pre-designed furniture cannot be drastically                modified to become a completely different design. 

Q : Can I customise Shubox pre-designed built in furniture to a completely new design to better suit my tastes?

A : Shubox pre-designed built in furniture is only partially customisable. There may be additional charges if you wish to add components or change the           materials of the product. 

Q : What are the accepted modes of payment? 

A : We accept all major credit/debit cards ( VISA,  MasterCard), NETS, cheque and cash. You can also make payment via PayPal if shopping online. 

Q : How I do purchase an item online? 

A : When you are ready to proceed to the checkout, follow the steps given so that we can confirm all your details, including payment authorisation. We

      will then acknowledge your order by email within 3 working days. You can expect to receive your purchase within 7 working days if purchased from             the E-store.

Q : How much are the delivery charges?

A : All Shubox built-in furniture comes with a single trip free delivery service. Delivery timing will be scheduled at the discretion of Shubox. Any

     re-scheduling of delivery can be done at least 3 days before the stipulated delivery date. A re-scheduling delivery fee of $80 applies for any

     re-scheduling done after the 3 days period. 

Q : How long is the delivery lead time for Shubox predesigned built-in furniture? 

A : Please allow a minimum of 14 working days upon confirmation of purchase. During peak period (Eg. Christmas and Chinese New Year), a                             minimum of 21 days fabrication lead time is needed. 

Q : How much are the assembly charges?

A : All Shubox built-in furniture except for accessories products comes with standard installation services. We do not provide any 3rd party parts and               accessories installation work (Eg. TV Bracket/lightings) 

Q : Can I return items purchased from the E-store?

A : We regret that we are unable to refund confirmed purchases. However, all items purchased from the E-store can be exchanged within 7 days from              date of delivery if unused with original packaging and receipt. 

Q : What happens when I receive a defective product/part when I purchase Shubox predesigned built-in furniture?

A : Shubox provides quality products and we will do our best to make sure you receive your furniture in mint condition. If the item is damaged In the 

     course of delivery and installation, defects will be borne by us and we will replace the item. However, we will not provide a replacement for your item         if- You have a change of mind/ Product does not fit the dimension of space to be installed. Please make sure to check the dimensions of your   

     space and item you wish to purchase before ordering.

Q : How long is the warranty for Shubox built-in furniture and E-store products?

A : Unless specified separately, each limited warranty lasts for a duration of 12 months starting from the date of installation/delivery. The original proof           of purchase receipt/invoice is required upon any repair work. This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in a domestic                     environment only. It also covers the following parts; timber frame, fittings, hinges and drawer slides. This limited warranty does not apply                             or cover wear and tear, improper usage and exposure to corrosive environment. If service work is carried out during the limited warranty period, it             will not extend the initial warranty period for the item, and/or the new parts.
