IMPORTANT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Additonal electrcial labour work chargable at $50 per point. All electrical works exclude accessories and lightings (to be provided by client)

2) Plumbing works does not include alterations, addition or changing of water pipes and installation of toilet vanity cabinets and mirrors (to be charge seperately)

3) Painting works does not include painting of skirting, pipes, doors, door frames, metal joinery, grilles and windows (to be charge seperately).

4) Painting works does not include sealer coat unless stated. Wall colour is limited to 2 colours including white. Only Matex white is to be used for all ceiling. 

5) All floor protection works uses only currougated board. Additional charges applies for ply and other materials other than currougated board

6) General cleaning works does not include polishing of marble floor and wall, chemical wash, parquet varnishing, outdoor decking and stains which are permanent

7) Haulage service does not include clearing of hacked concrete debris, tiles of any kind, cement, fixed and loose fixtures, discarding or moving of furnitures
